Small but very pleasant terrace, the value for money is good and the very pro service to be redoed.

Apart from the decor that scares almost, the kitchen is appreciable. everything has been traditional but at the top and well managed. quality/price ratio not too bad. I recommend this restaurant to people who would be passing through wissembourg or even to the inhabitants.

Passing through alsace with the director of our company we have lunch with our customers at the swan. quality setting that lost its letter of nobility .certes the good cuisine, but it lacks the thing that makes hhhmm .at dessert there were not the products offered on the card damage . The swan remains good, but not unforgettable!

At the beginning, we had seen at the entrance of this restaurant on a table "entrance-plat 15 euros" being quite pressurized we entered and a hostess installed us in the restaurant room. We were surprised to have a map but not with the prices or the choice offered at the entrance. Maybe the hostess should have asked us before we got into what we wanted. It is always that we have not been disappointed with the quality of products and service worthy of a good gourmet restaurant. Small flat, maybe not enough choice on the map. The prices are still in the category "very expensive".Despite all I will recommend this restaurant.

We ate twice at Au Cygne. Despite our poor French the staff were very helpful and the food was delicious. Our 9year old Granddaughter had the chicken twice and loved it, particularly the sauce. She also loved the chocolate desert that was beautifully presented. If...only we lived in Wissembourg we would visit more often.
