Avaliação da contribuiçãoI will give 0 star if I can. Lately the quality has been going down, either use very less quantities for ingredients or stale ones. We decided to stop going this place in Woburn but we had a good experience in Danvers so we decided to give a try one more time. To compensate for less quantity we added extras in our order, they charged for it which is fine as long as our order was prepared properly. We decided to go with extra tomato’s and sour cream on our Chalupa, and extra tomato’s on Mexican pizza. All 3 items were prepared with sprinkles of ingredients. When we draw employees attention they were ride and offered some tomato’s on side. Which was not acceptable. After some argument they remade it but gave us a serious attitude. Which is unacceptable to a paying customer who is charged extra for ingredients. Cinnamon twists were made with burnt oil. We requested them to taste it which they refused. Not expected such a service and quality from a reputable franchise. We have been a customer since 2005. Not any more…..
Ordered 6 piece meal with mash and gravy. Thought they forgot potatoes. Small container had mash and gravy, I ordered separate, 2 gravy 1 potato. Disappointed at new smaller size.
One of the worst fast food locations I've ever been to. Inconsiderate employees, Charge higher than normal, no free cups for water, can't use Taco Bell app for rewards or online ordering. All bad.
Gr8 food service, but on Uber Eats, they don’t have an option to order any chalupas. I know for a fact they regularly do carry them since I get drive thru service often, but this technical issue should be fixed soon to satisfy chalupa fanatics like myself. The location and hours of this Taco Bell are convenient.
It's decent fast food with okay customer service. They're always too busy with orders and too under staffed to help customers properly
