Strawberry and Banana Mille-feuilles with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and chocolate icecream was delicious. The golden treasures mixed with Mango, grapefruit with Aloe and popping yogurt Sago was delicious, light and refreshing. Both were well worth ordering again. We will be back to try others.
This place served us an undercooked waffle. We called them 5 times to come over and look at it. They gave us another one with the waffle perfectly cooked. I asked them why they would even serve us an undercooked waffle that looks like it’s been squashed. They kept ignoring us even after us calling multiple times and I had to go up to her and tell her. Even after there was no apology or recognition. I definitely would not recommend this place the service is awful. The waffle is nothing like it was pictured. We also waited 30 minutes for this waffle and when we tried to order and ask questions they just walked away while asking them. Go somewhere else.
Paid 11.49 dollar for this deep fried mixed balls. Not even worth half of the price. The portion is too small and the food is chewy like eating rubber. Very disappointed and will not come back.
Their mango sago dessert hits the spot, although I would've preferred the sago to be a bit softer. Nevertheless, I was impressed by the top-notch customer service. The waitress was on point – every time our water was empty, she promptly swung by with a refill. Thumbs up for the attentive service!
I used to frequent here but have since gone elsewhere and today decided to come back only to be extremely disappointed with the service.Menu has changed and workers are incompetent with using it. Small portions. Poor service. Not worth the time or money. Moreover the servers are extremely rude and not even aware how their ordering system works. It is a self ordering system through a QR code that is available on the side of the table, where all almost all items are now DIY and require you to choose many options through several steps. The instructions are poorly written with added charges that do not make sense on certain options.Upon ordering and placing the order with special instructions, the servers spent well over 40 minutes to prepare our three orders even though we were the only customers in the restaurant, and did not read any instructions on the custom DIY egg waffle order. When I inquired about the extra scoop for the charge, one of them came back to rudely say there are no mistakes and did not even know there was special instructions. I had to pull up my order on my phone to show them the order notes in my order history and they needed a whole team to decipher this order behind their computer, while the rest of our friends finished eating their order. The workers rudely dismissed the concerns and told me the DIY instructions don’t apply as there are surcharges for different flavours. They brought out a separate physical book/menu that indicates all this (even though this physical menu is not available to customers). I don’t understand why this was not made available for customers to order from, despite that they don’t even know how to use their own electronic ordering system.It was beyond disappointing and my friends and I were extremely unsatisfied with the poor customer service, the unjust charges that are not transparent, and the fact that they are not accountable and lack the knowledge to even use their own ordering system. Portions did not match the price and they also try their best not to serve you at the table, and make customers come up to the counter. Strongly would not recommend.
