Friendly staff and clean business with the same fast, tasteful foods for which this chain is known. The drive-thru wraps twice to get to the pick-up window. Ensure to check your order as they are usually very busy and tend to rush.
I always loved Chick-fil-A, but the two times that I visited these Virginia restaurants, I was dissapointed. They have almost all removed their dunes in the parking lot, as well as their dunes in seats and replaced it with the berth to go parking lot and in the dining room replaced customer seat with a large area for door sash pickups and an employee break room. The food is still amazing, but it is almost impossible to immerse more. I won't come back.
The first time to eat in the sense of the pandemic was faced with the rude cashier. I thought maybe she was just new, but her attitude was that she couldn't be harassed to do her job. Many eyes roll heavy sighs and look like they're done with life. I feel them, but they should have changed them to another place for the day. It wasn't just for us that she looked around other employees and left when she was asked to do something. When we finally got our food, it turned out that she didn't fix the order. Then the next couple spent looking for a clean place to eat. Tables full of food floor full of crumbs and sticky. I feel for the girl when it's the management that just gave up on the store.
Ordered a market salad with chicken strips and got some ground up grilled chicken that looks and smells unappetizing. on top of my strawberry?s are white not even red. so upset
