The Duke Of York - Woodbridge

The vegetables were cold but fortunately the chicken pie wasn’t was very good. Even when it is busy need to ensure they get to the table warm just like at home.

We had 5- in our party, and 5-very satisfied adults. The salmon dish was extremely good, and the beef bourguignon. was very tasty. 5 SATISFIED ADULTS.

I have given the Duke of York a low rating due to the lack of vegetarian options available for a main course my choice was either a plant based burger or a pizza. This seems very limited compared to other restaurants and compared to the choice meat eaters have. The service was good as was the setting.

Great food with good range of items , some simple but very well cooked. Helpful, cheerful waitress with good service and did not feel rushed. Decor a bit dark and mock country pub but a really nice place to eat.
