Pizza Hut - Woodbury

I need to speak to a district manager about my experience here on 2-7-2024. I am disgusted with the service and lack of professionalism. If this is the staff pizza hut allows to represent them then i will never support you nor any pizza hut ever again.

This location is the best PH I’ve ever been to. When they say pizza ready in 15 minutes, 99% of the time it is.

Wheelchair accessibility: Lot of room between tables

One of my favorite pizza restaurants to visit. I went there to order cheese personal pizza with a root beer bottle. Service went great. Looking forward to visiting this pizza restaurant again.Parking: Parking space went good.

Ordered food online, partial payment was with gift card and the rest was with debit card. Driver got here saying that I owed him $20. The gift card was good as well as me having money in my account or the online order wouldn't have went through. The receipt that they printed showed it was partial gift card and the rest debit card, if the store don't accept gift cards then say that online but I got reported as a bad customer and I reported them so I can get my money back because they don't want to own up with their mistake or answer the phone, they keep putting me on hold saying they need to transfer me to the store SMH.
