Hook Burger - Woodland Hills

I picked up 3 sandwiches the other day and had to go back to return my orders as one of my sandwiches had MOLD on its bread. Hook burger slogan says ?fresh bread daily?. I don?t think so. As a customer for years, I just can?t go back there anymore.

Burger was good as were the fries BUT the coleslaw was like eating shredded cabbage. It had no flavor at all and was very dry . Service was good ????

The burgers taste good but didn't surprised me, personally I prefer a thin patty that matches the size of the bun, this burgers have a 5oz patty but since it is a little thick, the bun oversizes the patty, makes it look smaller and feels like too muchbread. The brioche bun is good and the cheese too, the Maui burger comes with a slice of pineapple, it's good but it's too thinin my opinion. The place looks really nice and service is good too.

Came here for the first time and the burger was delicious! I ordered the traditional Hook Burger and fries. The meat was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Excellent customer service. They were very nice and engaged in conversation. I'll definitelyreturn.
