I don?t know if anyone experienced service at paradise biryani point restaurant in Catonsville, looks like either management or staff changed but staff was so rude and for dine in they are giving paper plates, even though serving orders in paper plates and were were increased 2 to 3 dollars on each dish. I usually do take out and it has been consistent. Biryanis are their selling point but I like their dry meat and curry preparation. Their chicken cilly fry and sugar ghost (goat) is excellent. Their breads are great but not a great fan of their kebabs except Tandoori Chicken.
I bought chicken biryani and I was surprised that the Portions are about only 50% to 66% of what other places provide. The price was also at least $2 to $3 dollars more than what I paid at another place with substantial portions enough for 2 people! just north of there. I tried this place for the first time for variety, but I was extremely disappointed! The chicken didn't taste fresh, the portions of long grain rice was small. Just happened to be there. Ordered Veg pakora. Told no spicy when he asked for spice level. But were very spicy with couple of fried red chilies pieces in there. Now ordered a takeout vegetarian Biryani since I am not sure about meat quality when I eat outside. Told him that please make sure it is not spicy. Oh my tongue and whole mouth was burning. And there were few unrecognizable mush of vegetables underneath a heap of rice Did not taste good. Wish they would respect your order as desired. To be fair make your own judgement. I am only reviewing the two items I ordered
