Avaliação da contribuiçãoMy drive through order is wrong every time I come to this location and I can't keep holding up the line to verify everything is there and correct. I'm tired of it and I'm losing money finding out I'm missing items once I get home. On top of the fact that there is no refund option when using the McDonald's app for this.
I came in to pick up a mobile order I placed and the woman working was extremely rude. After waiting for her to acknowledge my presence she asked me what i needed and I told her I had a mobile order. She asked my code which I gave her , and then was told it wasn't a mobile order cause it wasn't doordash. Now considering I deliver for doordash almost daily I know that when I order through the mcdonalds app that is what we call a mobile order and a doordash order is just that a doordash order. But that was beside the point . When I did get my mobile order it was not even full it was 3/4 FULL . I guess I shouldn't have expected her to know how to fill the order if she didn't even know what a mobile order was.
