The food was old and reheated. it was terrible. the fries were hard like they were old and dipped back in the fryer and way too salty. the spicy chickens where obviously old and reheated as the lettuce was shriveled and the sauce was spoiled. they were not even wrapped all the way. they were partially wrapped and all the stuff was falling out of the wrapper.
Called to ask if they were open because Google says theyre 24/7. The guy who answered had the worst attitude when answering the phone. Stated that they close for two hours to reboot their systems. Suggested they update Google and he said I don’t have that ability. Asked why he doesn’t talk to management about that and he said they know and that he doesn’t care to. Hung up the phone right after that.
Great food and good service. Every single time I have gone to this location they have always gotten my order correct. They work through longer lines at a good consistent pace, so if you're craving a 9pm visit like many others in the area, don't expect to wait longer than 15 minutes.
I ordered a simple big breakfast w/a small orange juice. They asked me to go to the waiting spot. After ten minutes he brought everything out except my orange juice. I told him I was missing an orange juice. He just okay and turned around and went back inside. After ten more minutes they kid brings another persons meal out and I had to scream at him to get his attention (trying to avoid me). Asked if I could get my orange juice and he mumbled something and went back inside. They drive through line was too long and they closed off the lobby so I said screw it. Keep the $2. Didnt know it would take over 20 minutes just to get my small meal.
