I watched them behind the counters, and they all worked together nicely.I asked one of the staff members everyone’s.name , so I can do a review, bc it’s very hard to get great customer care these days. Shout out to the staff!Erick, Sam, Aaron, D’Andre and Kendall. Plus, I looked at their inspection, they received a 100%.Thank you for great service!
It just wasn’t good. Also this is the second time where I’ve been here and the service was …weird. Last time the girl checking me out like didn’t say a word or look at me while ringing me up immediately put my food to go when I was planning to dine in. Like why can’t you just ask? ?Today the big bearded guy was like too cool to acknowledge me or look at me when ringing me up or say thank you or anything. Am I like inconveniencing you by trying to get your attention for a damn water cup? You don’t need to be super cheery or whatever but I don’t know it’s weird. Every time I come in here I’m like damn what did I do to these people ? it almost feels personal
I ordered a Lifestyle Bowl and was so disappointed with the freshness of the lettuce. Plus, I asked for extra cheese and extra lettuce (which I’m kind of glad I didn’t receive), but did not even receive a normal amount of each. I’m not sure how this visually looked okay for your staff to distribute. Asking for no rice in a dish is already disappointing for most, but this pathetic looking lettuce just pushed me over the edge. #hangry lol Usually I love Chipotle, but it was a miss tonight. :
Today I’m giving five stars to all the associates. They were very nice, respectful and kind. They always are smiling and down to earth. I would definitely recommend this location.
The steak was awesome.Everything else was not.Bought a separate order of chips. They just aren't good. Salsa was not good, rice was not good....jeez.
