Tea Time - Woodstock

Came here a few days ago. Saw the reviews and was quite excited to try it out. The inside of the shop is nice and the staff is friendly. That being said, I was pretty disappointed in my drink. The milk tea itself was average but the boba pearls were awful. Not sure if my girlfriend and I got a bad batch, but they tasted like they were just boiled in water with no sweetness or taste. I've tried many places in duluth and kennesaw and I think there are much better options there.

I got the brown sugar milk tea and it was amazing!! My husband got the peach milk tea and that was equally as good! We will definitely be back to try other teas!

I really like this restaurant. I plan to bring my niece here on Friday after school. However, yesterday's experience was disappointing. I asked for light ice in my dalgona and was told that they do not customize coffee orders. I was also not given a receipt and was simply told no when I asked for one. When I paid with cash and my stamp card for 3 drinks, one of which should have been free, they did not give me a free drink but added an extra stamp instead. When I requested they start a new card the next time, they refused and insisted on using the old one. My drink was also made incorrectly as I ordered it with both black pearls and brown sugar, but only received brown sugar. Despite my niece enjoying this place, I may not return due to the disappointing service yesterday.

My favorite place to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they have a cute wall perfect for photo opportunities.
