Avaliação da contribuiçãoI am curious as to why this restaurant chain does not permit the staff to accept cash tips, only allowing tips to be shared among team members via credit card. I want to leave a 5-star review and show my appreciation by leaving a tip, but they refuse to accept it. I wonder if this is the kind of establishment I want to continue supporting if they do not allow their dedicated employees to be properly compensated for their quick and friendly service.
I tried to order a smoothie and witnessed the manager, Amanda, yelling at her employees. She then took my order in a very rude manner while discussing the whereabouts of a cockroach on the floor with a worker. I will never be returning to this restaurant. P.S. They did find the cockroach.
I want to give a shoutout to Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Ridgewalk Parkway. When my smoothie exploded in my car, I went inside to ask for something to clean it up. The staff was so helpful, providing wet cloths and paper towels. They even made me a new drink and gave me a note for a free one. The customer service at Tropical Smoothie was top-notch! Also, I noticed that the employees were not happy with their new shoes, just like the customers. So, if there are any issues, please show the staff the same friendliness they showed me. Remember, they cannot choose the products that come from the manufacturer.
The best place in town! the personal is like family. the smoothies and eating are always delicious. the caffe is very clean and the drive thru is super convenient and fast!
I HATE to leave a one star review. This is a new location with so much opportunity to very profitable and I feel like the lack of management will soon have this location shut down. I'd love to stop here at least 3x a week but they shut off app ordering because they are under staffed. No worries I'll go through drive thru and never get rewards... I drive up, systems are always down, I need to order on the app but they are short ingredients. They NEVER have the oven on so don't even dream about ordering anything other than a smoothie before noon if they even have the ingredients. We have been told on several occasions they turn off app ordering because they are under staffed and can't handle the orders.....yet there's no one in line at 8am and they still have system issues and no ingredients. I'm leaving this review after at least 10 failed attempts to order before 9am. Truly disappointing. Don't leave your generic response I'm not going to respond. Fix it. MANAGEMENT
