Hotel William - Woolloomooloo

Better late then never i hit up @burgersbyjosh in his new digs at the William Hotel for late lunch through the week. Nothing massive just trying the flavours out.

Pinball machines, craft beer and burgers that will make both your eyes and mouth water! Located on the corner of William street and opposite the Australian Museum. This space has graffiti splashed over the walls and a very open bar section to grab brew and an American style burger. The selection at lunch is great. I can personally recommend the Mack Rib burger beautifully cooked pork slathered with American smokey BBQ sauce with fresh cucumber. Throw on a side of crispy fries with a tangy seasoning and you will want to kick back tune out the rest of the day sipping a beer and listening to the fresh beats. Price is great for the flavour and meal. They also do sweet dinner specials throughout the week and I am keen to get there for the wings on a Monday night.

Better late then I never met @burgersbyjosh in his new excavations in the william hotel for late lunch through the week. nothing massive, just try the aromen from just top double john burger: double cow couple, double cheese, pickles, salat, wobbles, tomaten, primo sauce plus I added skorpion chew and cherry the speck and the huh were from this world! would j burg again/10
