Mcdonald's - Wooster

Had semi truck parking, which was a positive when ordering food, they did not have me extra for dinge like salat or mayo, which was different from other McDonald’s thanks for some money in my pocket

Kinda slow and since when did they decrease sizes of everything? I guess I don't eat fastfood much if ever, so I notice differences more. It's not a knock against this place in general but McDonalds isnt what it used to be....AND much more expensive.

Look it's McDonald's, you already know what to expect when you pull in. They're pretty much the same everywhere but the people are not. The worker's here were very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Did drive- thru. It was fast and the food was actually hot. The fries were fresh, big plus for me. I actually don't live close to this location but I'm glad I stopped.

I get that everyone is short staffed right now. But to be sitting for over 15 minutes waiting on 2 holiday pies is NOT OK. After 20 minutes I call and ask did you forget about us waiting for the 2 pies?? Um NO!! we're very short staffed today only 8 employees out of 15. Ok I get that I've been more than patient,where are my pies?? You'll just have to keep waiting we're doing the best we can. Very very rude guy answered the phone snaps his answer to my question then hangs up. Are you kidding me right now. Customer Service SkillsThat's a BIG ZERO for you Mr.You chose to work in the hospitality industry ,just because you actually have to work today instead of flipping through stacks of bags which he was doing when my friend was just fed up waiting and goes inside to get the ? doesn't mean you get to be very rude to anyone not just me anyone. Customers and co workers deserves more respect then you offered to me today.Take a deep breath pull up your big boy pants and DO YOUR JOB. The right way!!Happy Holidays to you too.
