Avaliação da contribuiçãoI recently visited a McDonald's and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by a young man named Chris. Despite the hectic environment and lack of enthusiasm from other employees, Chris stood out with his friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and hard work. He made sure my order was correct, smiled, and made me feel valued as a customer. I believe Chris deserves recognition and a promotion for his outstanding work ethic. He is truly a shining star in an otherwise average experience at this McDonald's location. Thank you, Chris, for your excellent service. I hope your superiors acknowledge and reward your dedication. You are truly a gem in a challenging environment. Keep up the great work!
Everything was fine, but the staff should pay more attention to cleanliness. I understand the challenges of working in a restaurant, as I also work in the industry. Thank you for your hard work!
There were no ketchup packets available at the restaurant. The staff did not offer any alternatives and the French fries did not taste good without ketchup. The staff appeared to be careless, but two girls made an effort to find some ketchup, to no avail. It was a total bizarre experience. Additionally, they did not even offer to reheat the apple fritters.
I went there today and the young women took my order, but she was an idiot! I told her not to be rude and she still did it! she is an unexperienced manager and btw should be demolished!
Who hasn 't been to McDonalds? Wife was getting her hair done down the street so stopped in for a quick lunch with the minion while we waited. Went inside and waited at the cash register for about ten minutes, no one helped. All the grill folks and drive thru people kept looking at us, but alas I stood there next to the broken kiosks as a hungry patron. FINALLY one of the drive thru people yelled Donna, front counter! Let me tell you, Donna was not impressed. After a short burst of vulgarities from out in back somewhere, Donna made an appearance at the front counter to the raised eyebrows of the now 5 patrons waiting in line. She was able to get through my order with no eye contact and with the same gruffness a trucker might give to someone that just cut them off on the highway. Donna was not happy, I think she may have been upset with how dirty the dining room was. 5 seating areas were occupied, the rest were empty and dirty with the crumbs and spills of what was possibly an insanely busy morning. This was all expected. One star because the straw dispenser was empty. #TeamDonna
