Döner Express - Würzburg

Today it was that an appointment in the city had to be noticed, even before daughter was back from afternoon classes. By SMS came the desire to bring something nice for dinner. What's nice? Pizza, burger... oh yes, Döner makes more beautiful. The Dönerladen called Döner Express in Heidingsfeld was on the way. Parking? You think so. So just parked on the street. Unbelievable, but so that the Straba could just pass. And then? ****, the place was full. Wait till the door. At least there was enough time to study the ad boards at the top of the counter. The 3 osmans behind the counter tried to work friendly despite stress. There were 3 dönerspieße that turned and didn't let the waiting time be too long. 2 x diner menu with potato chips and salad. I didn't want to take such amounts and took two pieces of goat, filled with cheese and minced meat. The portions were plentiful. € 2 per sheet and € 8.50 for a large menu. But.... after just one boar filled with cheese I got a never-known thirst. I already have 2 glasses of water, 1 glass of red wine and 1 bottle of beer intus. But still a thirst like a camel. You almost want to think that there is a secret agreement between this store and the beverage industry.

We've been eating there more often. The food was always very good and the staff was very friendly. By 4 p.m. there is a happy hour on certain dishes, where you get various dishes very cheap.

Really a great place in the middle of Würzburg. Thanks to the great radiators, I am more often there at colder temperatures.
