Avaliação da contribuiçãoNo all you can eat Chinese is not our world. But the Mu Kii opened a few months ago, nevertheless made us curious. Although all you can eat, but instead of buffet, Asia Tapas a la carte. Now each of the 4 Mu Kii restaurants in Germany is looking for (2 x Dortmund, 1x Saarbrücken, 1x Wuppertal, should first inform themselves about the concept on the Internet. It is almost the latest version of the Asia all you can eat restaurants, so AYCE 3.0. There are clear rules and rules of play that apply. More. We had reserved online, the confirmation came quickly. We entered the restaurant, were nicely greeted and accompanied to a table. To put it to the point, a purist ambience, limited to the most necessary. Nevertheless, a very contemporary design. Above all, no usual China Bling Bling, except for an oversaturated and adipous Buddha and some mini Buddhas. Although we had already looked at the concept on the Internet before, we went back to the game rules that were actually called. First of all, in the evening, we were looking for a maximum of 5 items a person from an extensive Pan Asia Tapas offer. Only if you have consumed this (completely, you can place the next order. It is very clear that Mu Kii waste is not estimated. Any leftovers from the order will be calculated with 1. Euro per tapa in sushi and salads and with 2. Euro in warm dishes. These so-called rules of play are written in a very dictatorial form, so that the guest must fear that a Chinese sword fighter will appear in the event of an infringement and will decapitate the guest. The order is made on a tablet. A Corona-related registration is processed by the guest via an app, indicating when you appeared and when you went. I whispered Hasimausi that food is certainly served by a China robot, and by no means by a human being. We used the tablet to deepen the range of sushi, rolls, salads, noodles and travel dishes. Soups, ducks, skewers (Kushi each equipped with beef, shrimps and tuna, Nigiri with salmon caviar, mussels and humprabbs. Other Asian tapas, consisting of beef, lamb and mussels. All at the AYCE price of 25.90 Euros (Mo Do and 26.90 Euros). Lunch for lunch is cheaper (15,90 Euro), but then you can order only one-time 8 items without reorder. In other words, the average intelligent guest needs about 15 to 30 minutes until he has informed himself about the system and food via tablet. While the design (pictures, graphics on the tablet is very convincing. Now get to the tablet order. I started with sushi, shrimp, scallops, beef and humprabbs. My dear lady as expected with salads, including seaweed and shrimp. A warsteiner and a wheat from the Bavarian King for Hasimausi (no Markus Ludwig. Since the restaurant is located on the first floor and has floor depth windows, you have a beautiful view of the Elberfelder Rathaus and the new market. The restaurant was about half filled and thus completely occupied in times of Corona. The noise level was relatively low. With full utilisation (in 2 to 3 years when we defeated Corona, it might be much louder. A girl type of student help brought the first tapas. Everything nicely presented in and on black bowls and mini trays. However, what the nice girl served was hardly 50% of our order. On our demand, she told us that the next tapas peels would be served peu a peu. A deficit of the system? Nee, rather I/we should have ordered the tapas differently. Almost less and only that we wanted to eat first. Twig of the system, but one is still capable of learning at high age. For food: Sushi certainly not freshly prepared, but a very neat convenience quality. The shrimp tapas served afterwards had the heater from the Far East heated in the kitchen, but not prepared. The humprabbs certainly also came from convenience production, but were of an acceptable quality. Positive the quality of beef skewers, also the preparation was without tadel. In other words, everything on average, more or less. Hasmausi judged it similar. The salads rested pure in their peels, the Italian would have spoken of natural. After eating the first 5 peels, we ordered again. This time Nigiri with salmon, tuna skewers and lamb Kotelette. It takes a relatively long time until the desired tapas reached our table. And the quality? Nigiri with salmon, delicious. The tuna skewers were still very raw, especially in the acceptable range. And the lamb chop tapas? Let's say it like this: 50% fat. Another 25% for the bone, remained proud for the lean lamb. Hasimausi denied consumption, so return. But as well as known, the original China penalty is now threatened, because of the return of a warm tapas dish, 2, Euro. The fair student assistant appeared. We gave her the understanding that she could take the fat tapas from the lamb again. Without when and but, but recognisably acidified, she pulled off. Shortly afterwards, she appeared again at the table with the question whether she could serve the lamb chops again. I answered this with a clear YES, but please with much less fat. To make it short, Hasimausi then got lamb chops that corresponded to their wishes. It even told her so much that she ordered lamb again. We still ordered the one or other tapas smallness, but at the end of Mu Kii were not enthusiastic, but at least superficially satisfied. There were heights and depths. We were not dissatisfied, but not satisfied. Hasimausi made me a mochi ice cream. I did not know this form of ice so far, but I got to know it here in Mu Kii. Mochi is a retire filled with ice. Let's just say the ice cream was from some ice cream factory and as far as okay. With the tough Reisteig you could have sealed well leaky windows. Mochi ice will never be able to replace Gelato from the Italian. At least not with me. The dessert for Hasimausi was then a very special creation. Yoghurt's still okay, but Raffaello was kicked. This probably produces snap breathing at every Ferrero Manager. Conclusion: Yes it was quite okay, but it wasn't. I think that the Gastronom (Wenzhi Wang with this concept achieves a much better yield than the AYCE Buffet restaurants. Under certain circumstances, the product quality and thus the use of goods is somewhat higher, but the guest probably consumes less than the usual China buffet, where the proceeds for China gastronomics are usually only about a little 15 euros. Our review: For the endeavored service 3.5 stars. The food deserves only 3 stars, the ambience is still well served with 3.5 stars. For the PLV also 3 stars, same for the overall impression. Do we come back again? Rather not because this China AYCE Concept 3.0 is a bit too stressful. We had expected more of this new concept. Especially in the preparation and quality of the products. Leaks?
