I love KFC! Fast friendly service. Always clean! Always right! Even if u use the drive thru!

I was in this restaurant and asked for coupon redemption, but the guy said they didn't redeem vouchers. I wanted to talk to the manager about it and the worst happened. The manager said we are NOT KFC, we sell our chicken in frustration I answered why you have a sign as KFC then (change it to your own chicken). I told him I had to report this, and he said KFC cares about his employees, locations you think they care about customers?? I am really disappointed with the behavior of managers and not a KFC for life.

Why didn't I get a receipt? I don't have to ask for a reception. It should have been given to me when you returned my credit card. I've paid for the meal, so there's one reason why you don't pay more income if your customers pay you for their meal???

Great service and good food and a clean restaurant I come back here.
