Chick-fil-a - Wyncote

Of course they?re packed when I get there. 2 expeditors taking orders. But of course I?m now behind a lady always puts her car in park every time she pulls up. She gets to the window to pick up her food. But is ordering more food. Should?ve told her to pull back around or wait on the side. Me all the cars behind waiting on lady to get all her food, while my fries sitting there getting cold . A bit disappointed

The lines are packed, but seem to go fast for the most part. You have to know thier menu already it seems, as the people with the tablets taking orders aren't directly in front of the menu board so if your not familiar with the options your out of luck. Food was okay, fries weren't fresh, half half tasted like they forgot ice and was more tea than lemonade, and fries weren't fresh.

I normally don?t write food reviews but I have to save people the trouble. This Chic fila is not consistent as the others I?ve visited. I frequent Chic fila often and have noticed a change in the quality of this location?s food. The chicken tasted undercooked very rubbery. Not to mention the horrible stanch coming from the bread. I took one bite and almost threw it up. I am completely turned off and will not be eating from there anymore.

I only write reviews when I really need to. For the first time ever I had nasty food at chik fil a. I just ordered through the drive thru. The girl taking the orders has an attitude and was annoyed that I asked a few questions. My sandwich was burnt and dry, the fries were soggy and greasy and overloaded with salt and other fries were cold and hard. I was so confused as to what I was eating. My nuggets were also stuck together. It?s a shame this is the only one nearby. Only reason why I didn?t go back to get my money is because of that long line. This place used to be on point. Such a shame. I?ll never go back here, and that?s the first time I?ve said that about a chick fil a.I wanted to leave a private review through the survey, but I wasn?t given a receipt. Do better.

Not a fan of drive-thru for a number of reasons. However, Chic-fil-A has figured out a way slightly change my opinion .... Slightly. Splitting into lanes and having staff in place to take your order, accept payment and give descriptions to the pickup window to ensure your order is EXACTLY what you ordered! LOVE it!!! The chicken ain't bad either!!! Keep up the good work.
