Burger King - Wyoming

Not open when they say that they are, had an online order going through and getting approved and closed before planned, can not get my food. I work late and not much is open, so it is really difficult to find places to get food on the way to home if I haven't prepared yet.

Eat was ready when I arrived at the window what I want when I eat quickly. it is rare to see.

Fast and friendly service. The food was fresh and the exterior of the building was well designed and well maintained. Would recommend and definitely visit again. You have to try the impossible Whopper, that's great!

If I could, I would give negative stars. the manager, jodi, took our order. we gave them our pickup number and our names. not only was it rude above the counterspeaking system, but it got the order name wrong and when we got into the window, it was even worse. we asked if we could talk to her manager. she refused to give information to anyone who was in a higher position than herself. and continue to be extremely rude, so that we complain about who without food and no information. child-friendly: not in ongoing management.

Went there on 07/19/2022 around 12pm and the experience was horrible! First of all the restaurant was filthy from the outside in and the female manager was rude and actually swore at me because the dining room drink machine was out of ice! She also yelled at the female black employee to get the ice! This female Caucasian manager is racist and was out of control! Do not waste your money at any of the Grand Rapids Burger Kings they are all horrible and are operated by a horrible franchisee obviously.
