Caffé Capri Italian Espresso Bistro

Excellent espresso blend. Bold Italian blend roasted in Seattle. Cappuccinos were made dry as ordered. Assistant manager on site was great. Very few roasters outside of Starbucks producing a smooth bold cup of espresso so this is a gem. Vast majority of new coffee shops pushing under roasted highly acidic coffees, not this one. Lost one star on food prep and lack of menu clarity- center of breakfast sandwich was cold, and was served with an “alfredo” sauce which was unexpected and not listed on menu.

Very poor customer service. Except for one girl with dark hair. Attached is a photo of the “açaí­ bowl” I ordered. It was basically an overpriced smoothie. It's usually in a bowl, but they ran out. Açaí­ bowls should have whole pieces of fruit. This just had a bit of granola and hardly any strawberries or blueberries. I've had açaí­ bowls in cups like this in Seattle. The quality of this one does not even compare. I really wanted to like this place!! Unfortunately, I will not be going back. It was a waste of time and money.

The atmosphere is exceptional, and there's a fantastic selection of high-quality items. It's one of my favorite spots to unwind and have a good time.

This is the best place I've found for relaxation. It's a lovely venue that's very quiet when it's not crowded, creating a great atmosphere. I highly recommend visiting when you can!

The coffee and food were excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.
