Avaliação da contribuiçãoI was close to the lunch hour and went through the drive thru which normally is quick. I spent 30 minutes in line. The line was going to the street when i left. I do say my sandwich and the people were professional and courteous.
Stopped at this location tonight and the attitudes of the staff and the quality of some food items was unacceptable. Got a spicy meal and my fries were soggy and overly salty. Walked into the restaurant for a replacement and was met with eye rolls and irritation from the two young women at the front counter. Won?t be returning to this location in the future. This and other locations in central Ohio have become no real standard for how they treat guests or prepare food. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
We got the grilled chicken sandwiches, and they were excellent. Really fresh ingredients, prepared promptly , and served with a smile! Also, this was one of the cleanest fast food places I've been to in a long time. Even the restrooms were immaculate! Thank you , Chick-fil-A!
My food is always Fresh and served in a timely matter. Lines be long but the wait is not. So don't be intimidated by the crown. There very quick. Always make sure you have everything you need. The manager that works this morning shift always has her crew ready
Spent 21 minutes in the drive thru Today after lunch rush time to get home to find part of my order was missing. I called back to resolve the issue and was told to stop by in the next 30 days to get it replaced. No offer of a refund today? No offer to remake it today? No offer to door dash it to me? I mean, I did my part. I ordered correctly, I paid, I waited. So I?ve paid for something I didn?t get. That?s theft. I mean, is it customary to charge people for things you didn?t receive?
