Floor then they put it on the table they wash room small they wash they appliance on the floor and still got to walk on that same floor the manger dont No nothing they lazy they see u like to work they going to make u do they job .the boss son act like they care about the ppl tha work for them.. they. Need a usda in there 24/7 not walking in and out I been there for one year and became assistant supervisor. I started pointing out certain things I didn't like and a week or two later was fired. They also have a lot of recall violation with salmonella. You can look on Google put( usda open government records and reports

Pretty small place to get into. Word of advice truckers slide your tandems all the way forward before you try to navigate the streets coming in. Pretty quick unloading. Ive never sat here more than an hour. Pretty much by appt. No place to park.

Very unsanitary and cross-contamination is a huge concern of mines. I 'm Muslim and I consume Halal food daily. The Halal food that this company processes is literally partially removed from the floor or the filthy machines and then packaged for customers(the owners constantly remove steak from the floor claiming they do not want it wasted as a effort to complete orders in time). Ive also witnessed this company processing lamb and chicken, then switch to beef without cleaning any equipment at all and vice-versa. When you question sanitation you are belittled. Also condensation fluids from the ceilings constantly drip into food supply. I will soon most likely resign from this company.
