Good location, Room isn’t so good but breakfast is good!

This is one of the best 4* hotels I have stayed in for a long time. The hotel is decorated in a more old style way than many new moden hotels, bud they pull it off 100% The Reception is first class with very friendly staff and a perfect level of English. The rooms are spotless and cleaned to a very high standard. Breakfast is not for me, needs way more options for vegetarian/Vegan. Update:13/10-19 After my 3th stay at this hotel in 6 weeks, Hotel has refused to refund an overcharge of about 2500r, having asked for an early arrival and late departure, the hotel have charged me for late departure, bud not early arrival, ensted increased the daily rate on my invoice, unprofessional behaviour from Hotel, and Booking. Com will find alternative hotel in Yekaterinburg and booking platform.

Beautiful restaurant, live music on breakfast, beautifull view. Food ok, clean rooms but staff at reception took all overall score down. Disrespectful behavior and unexpectedly raised charges after all was paid, plus super unfriendly approach and lots of time was taken to solving the issues at the checkout. For the price was paid they could show more respect and be more attentive to their clients.

Very nice hotel with good rooms and eating.
