Frankie Benny's Yeovil

I made a reservation for a birthday dinner at this restaurant through the app. I received a confirmation email that the reservation had been made. However, when my party of ten arrived at the restaurant, which was only half full, we were told that there was no table available for us because their booking system had not been updated. The staff refused to accommodate us. This was a terrible customer experience and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The food was good for the price, but the atmosphere was disappointing. Despite the bar/restaurant not being very busy, they had run out of wine glasses and experienced issues with the wine on tap.
