Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe dining room is closed again, and this time it's been about a week!
I ordered the chicken popcorn combo and was disappointed to find that the crispy wedge fries were no longer available. However, they offered macaroni and cheese as a substitute, which turned out to be a perfect choice. The associate provided excellent customer service as well.
Nestled in Savi Ranch, this charming little restaurant never seems to be crowded! I'm concerned about its future, so please show your support for this fantastic spot.
Didn't feel welcome couldn't understand them barely spoke English food was cold and hard very displeased with it all
I've lived in this area for 12 years now and see this building go from Carl's Jr, to Dukes, and now KFC. It seems to be a tough location to get business. Visiting the day I did, validated that theory. While I've been through the drive-thru a couple of times, we decided to eat inside as we were heading to Costco. We were the only ones in the place, and could only see 2 employees. The place was extremely clean and very open feeling, which was a contrast to Dukes which felt cramped. I'm sure it's partially due to Covid as tables were still marked to keep social distancing intact, but it almost felt sparse and bare. We were helped right away, and the food didn't take long to prepare. You can self-serve your drinks, but are asked for a new cup if you want a free refill. (I'm actually OK with this and wouldn't mind if this practice hung around for a while. I know there's a chicken shortage, but the 2 chicken breasts we ordered seemed smaller than we're used to. Otherwise, the food was exactly what you expect for KFC. One thing I've never understood about KFC, in general, is they only give you one napkin per person. Don't they know they serve the greasiest food of any fast food restaurant in the world? We had to go ask for more, but the 2 employees were chillin' in the dining room. I had to ask one of them to get up to grab me some more napkins. I guess it's better than the employees hanging out in whatever break room there might be where you couldn't see them but still weird.
