They never take the time to properly check orders, leading to missing items. Today, I realized that I was short 8 hot wings in my 6-piece bucket, despite paying for 10. I am disappointed and frustrated and will not be returning anytime soon.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow and the staff seemed incompetent. Although the food was decent, I had to wait for 25 minutes before receiving my order. It was clear that something was wrong in the kitchen as others received their orders before me, despite me waiting longer.
Make sure to order your food a week in advance also would recommend bringing a microwave because it will be cold they must be scared of the food as even when it looked ready they would sit and stare at it like they have never seen chicken before it’s like they have to catch the chicken before they cook it
The service is ok the food also. The toilets are discussing I've never need to wash my hand before I use them. i have in jest,but never expected to do it. Sort this out or I'll in form the health inspector. Not happy Russ.
Just been queueing for over 40 minutes in the drive through more like a crawl through. An absolute waste of time which isn't my only long wait lately as the last time I used the drive through at Colton Leeds I had the same experience . Also a 10 piece bucket turns out to be made up of 9 drumsticks. I'm wondering if this chain are worth spending money with in future.
