The Corner Pin - York

Very nice pub. Its situated on a side street, Friendly staff and good prices. They do really good pizzas aswell, The prices are very reasonable, the pub itself is full of local history for anyone interested.

In York for a short break with my wife and found this great little pub by chance. A really friendly atmosphere, great beer and a lovely big resident dog! We will be back on our next visit to York

Homophobia attitude rude and manager very aggressive and intimidating will never recommend this pub to any one I was on my sons stag do and apparently Malibu and Coke isn’t a man’s drink

If I could give it a zero I would, not sure how to approach the bar manager other than homophobic, if I ask for a drink I don't expect a sarcy remark on the edge of homophobia. Other than dressed in Hawaiian skirts for our stag we're pretty normal. Also whilst we was waiting to be served a man at the bar was asking for his deposit back from the pool vue that his 9yr old apparently damaged, that they wouldn't give.. Would never come back here.

We attended with friends, a nice quite pub off the beaten track, good range of beers, staff were helpful, has a dart board and pool table.
