Avaliação da contribuiçãoAwful experience. I haven't been to this restaurant in years. I was told my order would be ready in five minutes, so I assumed it would be fresh. However, when I arrived at the window, I realized my food had been sitting out for a while and had dried up. The fries were like bricks and everything tasted like old oil under a heat lamp. It was dinner time, and I live 10 miles away, so I couldn't justify driving back to return it. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food.
I had to wait 25 minutes after paying for my food to be served. The restaurant staff mentioned that they were busy fulfilling online orders. I was left wondering why my food had to be delayed because of this.
This is my second review, as the first one must have been deleted. The lobby doors are open, but you cannot eat in the lobby for some reason. It's not like people are rushing to try the overly greasy fish or the tough chicken strips that seem to have been sitting out for hours. The fries are also disappointing. On the plus side, you can park anywhere without worrying about getting a door ding because there are hardly any other cars parked here. Honestly, I think you should start looking for a new job because this location, as well as the one on Route 30, will likely be closing down in a few months.
Doors were open but rude manager said it was drive through only I would not give any reason for it. There was no covid restrictions. The manager was extremely rude and refused to serve me. She claimed that she didn't have to give a reason why it was drive through only
Drove 50 minutes from my house to eat some Long John Silver's. We park. Walk in. Stand there for 5 minutes only to have someone tell us the lobby was closed. I asked if I could go through the drive thru and then eat in the lobby, since we were standing in it, and was told no. Drove the 50 minutes back home without ordering a thing. It's a shame that good customer service is done.
