Avaliação da contribuiçãoNot sure if this location is under new management or people have been let go but it has definitely gone down hill in service in the last 30 days. Ordered one burger basket at the counter with no line and it took 13min to get to my table. Saw a few other table with numbers and no food also. Went to the drive thru a week ago and they had two lines a cars giving orders to people manually, not at the box and that day I was literally in my car for 25min waiting on one grilled cheese basket that when it finally got to me wasn't even warm. I only come back because this location is convenient to home, but if things don't change I'll most likely start driving past and go the the other one 15min away because they are way more efficient, like every location I've been to. Wish you the best.
Sure, you can go after the cheddar burgers and chicken tenders and be satisfied, but the pot roast sandwich with au jus and the grilled chicken sandwich are underrated (for fast food). Add cheddar cheese (not that silly American cheese nonsense) and some bacon, and you have a pretty solid chicken club sandwich. If you don't eat a lot as an adult, get the kids menu. Smaller portions (sandwich size is the same) better price, and it comes with ice cream.
Literally the last few times I have gotten food from Culvers, the order was either not as I requested or they forgot to give us our fries. This last time, we order baskets... which should have included fries... get home, no fries. I didn't even bother calling this time. I wont be going bk for awhile but whenever I do, I will be sure to check my order BEFORE I leave! Update: husband went back yesterday.....guess what!? They messed up my chicken tenders, AND they didn't put my husband's cole slaw in the bag! Smh
Hate the drive thru experience. It use to be bad having to pull up and wait after ordering from the speaker and paying but now, with the employees coming out and taking orders and payment instead of using the speaker and window, it’s horrendous. Driving up you think “hardly any line at all” so you order and as soon as you finish ordering and paying, round the corner, there’s 15+ cars waiting. No thanks! Wont be coming here often anymore. Food was mostly good though expensive and now adding this new drive thru “experience”, no thank you. Not worth it
Placed an order thrue the drive thru for a turtle sundae and ended up getting it in a banana split container and being charged $7.99. I had also asked for whip cream and they said they couldn't do that. They basically give you what they want to serve you!! I ended up asking for a refund and it took 2 managers asking me the exact same information before I got fed up and asked for my credit card back and didn't care that it wouldn't be refunded! He proceeded to tell me with my attitude I could leave the drive thru which is what I was trying to do! I didn't get my sundae or my money back. I was robbed!!
