Full Throttle Bbq - Yorkville

My ribs where great.. however when I ordered my meal they said they where out of cornbread. bummer because I love cornbread. so I went and ordered my meal with salt potatoes and corn I asked if they could take the extra upcharge off my order for ordering salt potatoes.. the waitres replied NO its free it comes with the meal at no extra charge ... I laughed for a bit.. and said well if you include it with the meal I am essentially paying for it . it isn't free so now my meal is absent an item you advertise that is included... so basically I was just asking if she could take the small upcharge off for ordering saltpotatoes on my order because apparently this us a premium item with an upcharge. long story short . the answer was no. so my ribs where fantastic .. and the corn was real good. I was not crazy about the spices on the corn.. I'd prefer just salt and butter in the future.. my salt potatoes that I ordered as an upcharge came out in a Styrofoam bowl all mashed .. yes they where. squashed like mashed potatoes. I didn't ask why.. maybe this I'd how they serve them. will I order again. IDK. I wanted to support this place because of the treatment this buisness had from a previous. location. this may all be small stuff to some folks. If I do decide to ever come back and they are out of something I guess I'll have to leave because I know how ill be treated if asked to help me out...

Full Throttle BBQ is no longer on Oriskany Blvd in Yorkville. They're now on 9585 Route 49 in Marcy. I ordered a half rack of ribs. They fell right off the bone! I got 2 sides...green beans and salt potatoes. Excellent!

Doesn't look like much from the outside but the BBQ is over the top, excellent flavor and smoke and reasonable prices. This place is a gem.

Best Place around!! You wont go wrong with anything you order!!

Great food and good service. I would definitely go back.
