Rosati's Pizza - Yorkville

Visited Rosatis in Yorkville and enjoyed a great pizza and delicious side salad. The salad was huge for a side salad! The service was great!! We will be back.

I've eaten there twice in the last month, my order of large pizza didn't change but the cheese and bread did. Tastes like they went cheap on their pizza now. No Bueno.

I have been a loyal customer here for over 20 years. The service i received tonight was horrible and waited over an hour for carryout pizza. They are charging outrageous card transaction fees credit or debit. The quality of the food has gone downhill also. I am officially done here.

They tell you your food will be ready for pick up in 40 minutes but guess what it not true, at all. Going on one hour standing here in line waiting for a pick up and still five people way. And I tipped 10% never again. They might be short on staff but they don’t account for it. The management of this place is terrible. The food is good but…….

Food tasty, the service sucks. Waited 10 minutes to be served in an empty restaurant with only two individuals at the bar. They didn't have a beer menu which was inconvenient as I wanted to see the options. I often eat in once a month with my family and I have noticed the service staff is always different, which makes me wonder if the management treats and trains their employees properly.
