The only vegan option available was mushrooms with skimmed milk, but they were willing to make it without milk. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the dish, but it's worth noting that this is Yoshkar-Ola, where designated vegan options are available.
The kitchen is interesting and unique at this restaurant. It is self-service which adds to the experience. The menu offers a mix of Chinese and Georgian cuisine. The average bill for one person is 600 rubles. When the restaurant is busy, the quality of the dishes can suffer, such as undercooked rice. However, I recommend trying the kharcho, tom yam, khachapuri, manti, tomatensalat, and spring rolls with salmon. Also, the wine selection is excellent. Overall, it is worth a visit.
Out of the three dishes we ordered, one was not tasty. The salad was fresh but the tomatoes were cut with stems and the tweezers were dry. They also did not serve khinkali properly, breaking one and giving the third with a string. It had a bland taste with a strong cilantro flavor. The chakhokhbili was fresh but looked messy. Additionally, there was no apology for the mistakes.
This quaint cafe, which presents itself as a bistro, may not be the quickest option when it comes to service, but the relaxed pace allows customers to savor their meals for about 20 minutes. The cozy atmosphere creates a desire to linger, knowing that the food will be delicious.
We came several times. the first impression was ambiguous: the salat turned out to be old, well, we think it happened. we visited this institution for the second time. but I didn't like the order: the suppe was too salted, you have to wash it with water. menu without normal photos directed by, they do not know what they will order at the end. this institution is not for family comfort, more for lovers of alcoholic drinks. for the interieur plus and for the unusual Chinese dumplings.
