One day...the store decided they were no longer going to make the fresh brewed ice tea. When it happens , it must be a special occasion since it 's about 1x a year. The dispenser is still in its righteous place but empty Last time they ran out of taco shells at 1230PM and since the register was down for over fifteen minutes they asked me to order via app. Funny, how can I order when I barely have service to load. Join the wifi... a chipotle team member urges me to do, ..We don 't have a wifi we rip off our neighbors you can join theirs A lot of times there will be eight people working in the back and I stand there, being ignored, while team members play a game of who can outlast the longest before we have to take care of the customer. Do not order the steak.I 've quit coming here. I recommend going to hot heads. Soon as I walk in I 'm greeted by the entire team and I 'm cared about.
Got lunch here with my boyfriend like we always do, it used to be out favorite chipotle so fresh and flavorful and we were excited for that. Came around 11:30 am and everything looked fresh so I was expecting the usual amazing food. This was the worst food we’ve ever had from here. Absolutely no flavor on anything but the rice! The chicken was rubbery and the salsa tasted so watery. My boyfriend got the steak wrap which had barely any meat and wasn’t even flavorful either. We used to love coming here but definitely won’t be back after $25 for a lunch that didn’t taste like anything.
Ate here on July 11th and had my best Chipotle experience ever. So, we stopped again on July 20th as we were returning home from our trip. Was really looking forward to having another great experience, but that was not the case. Different day, different crew, totally different experience. We arrived just after Noon, same as the other time. The restroom was still out of order fortunately I remembered the code and it wasn't changed since my previous visit. Some of the employees were working hard and others were hardly working. The front cashier did very little to help anyone else she stood around a lot. The guy filling orders in the front repeatedly had to go to the drive through station to get steak. When the gal working drive thru had to inform the grillmeister she had one order of steak left. Needless to say the line moved slowly this time. The whole time there was nothing being cooked on the grill. Instead of immediately responding to her request for steak, he had time for a phone call and talking to the guy filling orders in the front (the way it looked to me, he was talking about his co workers. If I was the manager or owner, I would fire his a__! No teamwork like the previous time. Finally, the grillmeister takes his sweet old time getting his gloves on and pulls steak out of the pan and starts cutting it up. Who knows how long it was sitting in the pan. I noticed the food didn't taste like it usually does too much lime! I now see why others are writing negative reviews of this place. They need to clone the crew and their methods from my first visit.
Apparently Extra Sour Cream means no sour cream. Generally the service here is pretty decent, but ordering online is hit or miss. Some times they do a phenomenal job, then I get an order like today where my order is all screwed up. Then the drive through was backed up, waited almost 15 minutes. For $13.50 i 'd expect more.
Placed my order online and when I went to pick it up the people act like they didn’t see me in the drive thru. I sat there for about 10 mins, I knocked on the window, blew my horn and even tried to call the store. There were two guys that walked by the window and both acted as if they didn’t see me. When I went inside to pickup my order, they were standing there. I was the only customer there at the time which let me know they heard me pull up to the window, after minutes of sitting there heard me knocked on the window, blow my horn, and heard the phone ringing. Never got an apology. The lady at the counter began laughing like me being upset was funny or some sort of joke. Smh. Customer service at the location by YSU is the worst. Second time I ordered here and it was some issue. There will not be a 3rd time.
