Jack In The Box - Yuma

The restaurant wasn't too bad, but there was a bit of a smell inside, and there were a lot of homeless people around. I think the customer service was good before COVID, but now it feels just average.

The bacon was really disappointing. There were no drink options available, not even milkshakes, which made for a terrible experience overall.

The fries were cold, and my sandwich came without the onions I requested. Additionally, all the tables were dirty, even though it was before the lunch rush at 11 am.

They messed up my order by giving me a 2piece chicken strip when I ordered a 6 piece then I go inside the store to wait at the register for 5 minutes without getting help they have horrible customer sevice this is also not the first time this has happenedits always this location also I haven't had a problem with other ones

Great experience with the cashier, and food was hot and perfect. This new kid has potential and great attitude
