If ya want a home tasting burger this is the place!

Originally, I loved this place, but I had problems with my food three Sundays in a row. On one occasion, I had to go back three times before they got it right. On two occasions, I did speak with two different helpful, friendly ladies who supervised the kitchen, and one even told me she would replace my meal the next time I was in. I skipped a couple of Sundays, and when we went back, I was told that it gets thrown away if I don't return in three days. That would have been nice to know. We stayed, and I purchased three cheeseburger meals (again), and we sat down and ate, BUT my food still wasn't correct. While standing at the counter with my burger in my hand a lady came up behind me and asked what was wrong and took my burger out of my hand while I was still talking (as though she was irritated) and took it to the back.I never cared about the very long wait when the food was hot, but three Sundays in a row, my replacement meal expired, and an irritated employee or maybe owners daughter (she was sitting with them)taking my food out of my hand was it for me. I used to talk about how good those burgers are, but it doesn't matter if I have to return multiple times to get it right. In addition to all of this, the owners don't appreciate all of their customers. Pay attention to how they are with some customers the next time you go.

I ordered large fries with my meals and they had the audacity to give what looked to be smaller than a small and appeared to be eaten out of. They're prices are to high to be serving this to anyone. The young man who took my order was rude and very unprofessional. Won't be going there anytime soon.

Not going lie food is good burgers are juicy customer service needs to improve they hire kids out of school with little home training . trying learn bout real world so dont be in a rush and expect little as far that go. try order from the curb avoid the kids behind the counter
