Subway - Zeeland

I was consistently disappointed and frustrated during my visits to this Subway location. There was only one employee working, and while he allowed me to customize my sandwich as much as I wanted, he seemed to struggle with remembering my requests. When it came time to put my sub together, he created a complete mess with the dressing, spilling it everywhere and all over the sandwich. It was a disaster. To top it off, the bread was stale and overcooked—dry and crispy, rather than fresh. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

The staff were not very friendly, but the food was good. Unfortunately, there was no lid available for the larger drink.

The employees here were very unprofessional. They were rude and appeared unkempt, which was quite off-putting.

One staff member at the counter caused a longer wait time for my order. They've also reduced the variety of toppings significantly. However, the food remains excellent. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Cookies
