Great place. Good starting point for hiking, cycling or city trips Utrecht, Amersfort. The hotel is great, old fashioned for some, not for others. It's not a high modern hotel, but that doesn't matter. It is very clean, the rooms are lovingly furnished (we had a room with a balcony), bathroom and toilet separate, free parking, you could borrow bicycles, breakfast was fresh, varied and sufficient. We haven't tried the brasserie, but it's said to be very good. There is a swimming pool and sauna if you would like. Staff very friendly and helpful. Top 5 Rooms: Big and great beds/mattresses Safety: Parking lot is closed in the evening. You can go in at any time, you just have to inform the front desk by pressing a button
