Mitsui Cuisin at Dazhi offers high quality and delicious seafood, sashimi and sushi. Varieties of sushi are available for choice or you can order a combination plate with different types of sushi which is my favorite order. Atmosphere is great both seating at tables or bars. Prices is at high grade, of course, but it's worth the money for such great food and cuisine.

High class Japanese restaurant with international guests love that.And the service there is good service for the international guests.But what a pity that no any seats for the local tour guide that standing there waiting for the guests.If no meals for the local guide but better a seat if any.Thanks.

Two stars instead of one because I’ve eaten at their restaurant and sushi bar many times with good fresh food. But this location’s marketplace/pre-made sushi was way below “acceptable” last week when I bought something to go as they are selling a box of tuna nigiri and rolls that was absolutely not fresh. Some pieces were graying and the part I did eat (which looked better) made me sick. It wasn’t visible when I bought it as it’s really dark in there. And it’s not like it was marked down for sale or anything. I think they have a responsibility as a market/supplier and Japanese-style restaurant to serve fresh seafood, of course, and take stuff OUT of the marketplace when it’s time to go… not try to make a profit off it and making people sick… gross.

The seafood is quite fresh and this restaurant was recommended by a friend. My main issue is that the tuna sashimi was not cut properly, so it was hard to chew and so i gave up on trying to eat it. The place seemed popular and had some private rooms also.

Still a great place to go for some refined Japanese cuisine after all these years. Went there for lunch today and stuffed myself silly with a large bowl of chirashi, salad, fish soup, and finished with the mandatory dessert and coffee /tea. Excellent service to boot. Update Jan 2023: went for lunch again but picked the 1,500NT set course. Excellent cuisine and presentation. Service could be better but we sat in the corner so it could be the reason.
