Despite our prior check-in (the phone number was also recorded), they told us on the spot that we couldn't have lunch due to a power outage. I was shocked by the nonchalance with which the situation was handled. With a phone call, they could have prevented the disappointment and traveled 60 km. After hiking, we went to the hotel's restaurant, where we had nice service. The food was plentiful and delicious, the service was quick and polite, you hardly had to wait between courses. We definitely recommend it!

I was able to enjoy the hospitality of Hotel Kardosfa for a few days in the heart of nature, in a fabulous environment. Kind, helpful staff, excellent care, spacious clean rooms, comfortable bed, cycling facilities, wellness, all in one, flawless. The restaurant offer is plentiful, varied, satisfying all needs, affordable and very delicious! It was a pleasure to eat on the outdoor terrace of the restaurant, the good air and the beautiful view of the landscape only enhanced the experience of the meal. I would also give the service 5 stars, it was impressive and I liked that the guys serving besides being polite also had a good sense of humor. I would like to highlight the park, promenade and playground around the hotel. Taking advantage of the features of the landscape, it is beautifully designed, sophisticated, and orderly, which, in my opinion, in itself provides excellent rest and recharge for the visitor. The star park is also an interesting and good program, but those who like hiking can also choose among the forest routes to their liking. For those coming with children, I recommend visiting the nearby Katica farm, it is a real paradise on earth for children, but as adults, my husband and I really enjoyed our time there. We were also able to get a discount ticket for this through the hotel, if it's still available, it's worth taking advantage of it. Another place that I can recommend, and where I would gladly return. Thanks.
