Quantum Laundry Lounge - Anchorage

I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened and it’s almost always been a good experience. The last few weekends however I get here at 8:50 because they’re supposed to open at 9 once again it’s now 9:40 the place is still dark. I understand short staffed I understand that things happen but this consistency of opening late with no explanation or apology is a downgrade from the level of customer service I’ve come to know appreciate from this place

Nice gimmick for the college students. 5 for a regular wash and 3 to dry is pretty steep for laundry. Coffee bar is a nice touch, but there are no prices posted anywhere. I tried several times to get information, but between the guy working the counter leaving to tend to the machines or kids cutting in line, I had no success. It was annoying that the code to scan to sign up for the app was not on the washer or near it, but you can find it by doing a Google Play search and there is one poster across from the main entrance. There is no cash option and no pay option at the machine, so cross your fingers there isn 't a line at the 1 pay kiosk. Honestly, I found the whole thing to be a hassel. I did NOT use the app because the minimum you could load was 10. For one wash and dry, you will have a 3 balance... you do the math on how many loads you will have to do before you break even and aren 't just giving it to them. Be prepared to spend some here. Lots of college students hanging out in the middle of the day. Interesting. Edit to owners comment below: Thank you for following up. I appreciate it. However, I didn 't find anything you mentioned to be new information from what I shared, except the notification that you have lowered your prices for wash and dry loads from what I posted in my origi al comment above. For that, excellent, and thank you. But, could you please clarify your response. I mentioned my coffee service, or lack of, when trying to inquire about its costs, and you stated the costs are on the machines. Do you mean the coffee machines? Or are you implying the cost of coffee drinks are on the wash machines- I don 't believe either is correct. Thank you

Laundromat and a coffee bar…genius! Great, high speed washer and dryers (60+ , baskets for easy loading and unloading, many tables for folding, free wifi and a FULL service coffee bar. You know a place is well run when the manager is slinging coffee himself; thank you Spencer!

This is by far the nicest, cleanest, and just overall the most fantastic laundry mat I’ve ever been to in my life. Me and my family are AVID travelers. I’ve been all over the country/other countries and this laundry mat is the most A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. First of all, I was so impressed by its appearance at first glance. I’ve never seen a laundry mat with a coffee bar inside it. Secondly, whoever decorates the place has impeccable taste. It’s very classy and upscale for a place that is stereotypically scummy. And lastly, the staff is so friendly and helpful it was unreal. I literally felt like I was in a parallel universe when I walked through the door. On top of all of that, they don’t have beat up, crummy machines. Their machines are new and work very quick and efficiently. 1,000,000,000/10. HIGHLY recommend. I wish every laundry mat in America was like this one!!! Oh, and they have free Wifi!! Plenty of tables to sit at too. Fantastic if you need to get some work done while you wait on your clothes :

I don't usually do the laundry, my spouse does. I hate our laundry facilities in the apartments where we live, even though they are free. Quantum is a great facility! Always clean, my laundry is actually clean and smells fresh. There's coffee! This is like a laundry fantasy! This place is a good way to spend your time and money. So clean here.
