Sis's Cafe Catering - Anchorage

Located at a nondescript strip mall, this café/deli offers good food at a good price. Their specialties are their sandwiches and wraps. The service is good.

Specializing in soup, sandwiches and salads, this is a very good restaurant. The food is fresh and flavorful and the serving sizes are big. The servers are friendly and attentive.

It's not highfalutin, so if you're looking for pompous or pretentious, you'll need to head downtown. However, for freshness, great service, and quality ingredients at a reasonable price (for Anchorage), pretty certain you'll find Sis's Cafe is a great spot for lunch. While they focus on catering, the wraps, sandwiches, and soups are consistently outstanding. Really like the beef blue and the Thai chicken. Sides are ok nothing special. Whoever is running this place cares about quality.

Sis's is a hidden treasure of a deli. They have daily specials and the best wraps in town. Our family of 4 enjoyed the wrap special with the most delicious clam chowder soap. Joe, the head chef, makes just about everything from scratch with the freshest ingredients and has a real knack for putting different tastes together to create a culinary sensation. Kim and Judy are delightful hosts and made our special day of celebration over the top! Sis's caters as well. Prices are mid-range and generous portions are served making the meal a great value.

We enjoyed a delicious curry chicken wrap with fresh garden salad. The service is friendly and prompt and we received generous portions which made a great value lunch. We took advantage of the peaceful and quiet atmosphere to visit with friends. I would highly recommend this undiscovered eatery.
