Wendy's - Anchorage

I last ate at a Wendy over a decade ago I think. It was a couple months after the baconator came out. I ordered it and it came with 4 2 inch long very narrow and thin strips of bacon looking nothing like the picture and after eating half the burger I had a small pile of 12 shards of bone fragments. I didn't even finish the burger. I just walked out and never came back.

Short staffed, poor girl on register first day doing her best, drive thru given priority over counter customers, when short staffed should close drive thru so employees can concentrate on just one counter and then everyone gets served in order. One customer waited about 1 hr for her order at inside counter.

Pulled into the drive as a dasher, only to be stuck in the drive thru lane. After waiting 10 minutes to get to the speaker, I asked to pick up the orders through the drive thru since I couldn’t back out and was stuck. She scoffed and rudely told me I had to wait in line then come inside. To make it through the line to even get out it was 20 minutes later and I had unassigned from my orders.

Every single time we order from you, you always say you 're out of everything? Why can I never get a single baked potato? FOR 6 MONTHS IVE ASKED FOR ONE, but you are always out. It took questioning your store on why you don 't have anything for a MANAGER to respond oh well it takes too much time . I get it, it 's fast food you don 't want to be there but ****! Cross it off the menu or find a new job! why is your restaurant lacking so much You 're out of something so you want to replace it with a item not even half the cost of what was spent?You switched out our salad cause again you 're out of all your salads and then instead of a Dave 's double I get a single patty cheese burger? Why am I spending 16 bucks on my BURGER COMBO to not get the burger? Hell all I get back is 4 something if I do a refund. Complete bull.Wendy 's used to be a great place to eat. Guess not anymore.I just want the burger I asked for and a some baked potatos for once! If you are out of potatos for over 6 months then why not walk over the the damn fredmyer your parking lot is attached to and buy some OR PLEASE TAKE IT OFF THE MENU.

Both of our burgers were raw, bacon was undercooked on one sandwich, forgot the bacon the Jr BACON cheeseburger. No potatoes. Gave us the wrong order, even though we were the only ones inside. Mentally unstable human in there who was making us feel uncomfortable. Although not a patron, got to hang out and creep us out. Never going back, poor management, poor service, poor food quality.
