Monarch - ASPEN

We had a great meal at the Monarch. We had the Cesar-do not miss! I had the Tartare and SG had the French Onion Soup. Cocktails were spot on. Wine list was fun. Staff was seriously smart and cared about their craft. And there was no 'house music ' blaring. We could have a conversation. Thanks Monarch! Golden Moon!

We had a fantastic time at this restaurant with amazing food. Dio provided excellent service and we are looking forward to coming back again soon.

We took our family of four, including a toddler and 12 year old... the staff was so friendly and attentive. Our food was Amazing! Table side Ceasar, steak, king crab mac cheese and the brussel sprouts were all phenomenal! We will be back for sure!

Oh but that bar steak... excellent service and food thank you! Best bartender!
