Et surtout de belles et bonnes assiettes concoctées par le Chef à partir de produits judicieusement sélectionnés. J'ajoute aussi des vins sélectionnés à un prix abordable qui ne décourage pas comme hélas dans certaines maisons ...
Nous avons pu féliciter le chef Clément, maître saucier , après ce dîner si réusi à Avrillé. Les langoustines et le demi-homard justifiaient avec leur accompagnement ce qualificatif élogieux. Le financier minute avec ses fruits rouges et sa glace légère concluaient parfaitement ce repas. Nous avions auparavant apprécié les grandes connaissances oenologiques de Lény, le responsable de salle, qui nous avait conseillé parmi tous les chenins de sa longue carte un saumur parfait. Sympathique et très très bon !

If you want to enjoy a pleasantly relaxed atmosphere, then hurry to book your table, because it is not said that prices will stay as reasonable for long! the barbu binome that gives thanks to the naked decoration is the living proof that the value does not wait for the number of years. of the aperitif, escorted by a mini-salade exquisite, one feels a little better. no homemade cocktail, but a beer (yes or a glass of wine, bubbles or not, wisely advised. you can taste it before changing your mind, which is exceptional. the charming waiter-sommelier will apply the same friendly principle for the different (excellent) glasses that will follow. good to know, however: the choice of wine is wider if you order a bottle or two while your colleague takes care of the room, the other amphitryon, which you sometimes see in the kitchen, sharpens appetite by scenting perfumes announcing refinement. They're not deceitful! I rarely ate a foie gras so delicately cooked, presented in a broth with so subtle flavors. I'm still bleeding. the following rattle was not rest, but it is not easy to get both the marrow and the crunch of this greed. dessert with two pears, after the cheese plate, closed this meal with originality and lightness. my guest had chosen the same dessert, but had rather opted for the entrance and lean in the dish. He also licked the brioches, especially by tasting the fish sauce. I can't mention the only small dish: the finances that accompany the coffee were a little dry. another alignment could be more appropriate. in total, with the planned supplements and glass of wine, our addition for two is mounted to: an aubaine! If I judge the spirit of the house, I feel that at lunch, the dishes offered necessarily different are executed with the same care as in the evening, while the prices are even more advantageous. Charming house at the foot of the tram; warm welcome and elegant decoration. short map offering a home kitchen of a high quality area. In the plate there was this noon a bunny terrine with a garnish of freshness and homemade pickles, then a pinch filet cooked in vegetables at low temperature and crunchy and finally a dessert made of a financial and its realization pear worthy of a large house. a very reasonable rating. without hesitation.
Perfect restaurant to make discover to family and friends in all peace. Their pleasure will be very pleasant to see.
