Domino's Pizza - Ballymena

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and received a call stating that no one answered the door and they left. This was false as my family was at home and no attempt was made to deliver the food. After several more calls, the order finally arrived, but it was cold. I called to inform them, but they said they couldn't do anything, including offering a refund or compensation. It's disappointing that they wouldn't take responsibility for their mistake. I will never order from them again.

The pizzeria is one of the best, but I won't give more stars because the collection app doesn't work.

I have been hesitant about this restaurant for a while, especially because the regular base pizza is so doughy. However, a friend recommended trying the thin and crispy base, which has been a much better option as I can now taste the tomato sauce. I also appreciate that the prices have slightly come down over time, as they had been getting too high in the past 5 years. One disappointing aspect is the cash situation - some people prefer to pay with cash, and it's a shame that Dominos doesn't accommodate their customers who still use cash. It's been a while since Covid, and I personally prefer to use cash, so it could make a difference in whether I become a regular customer or just order a pizza occasionally. Also, please bring back the Double Decadence base!

I gave this 2 stars due to the speed of the delivery but that was it. £36 for 2 puzzas and a chip. First pizza hot n spicy , the only thing hot about this pizza was it wasn 't cold, I counted the chilli things, 8 slices on a large pizza. 2nd Pizza magaritta with pepperoni and meat balls, it arrived without the pepperoni. Chips, OMG they were awful, very oily and tasted of old spuds. Never will I use that place again.

3times in a row trying to order from dominoes. And 3 times orders have been rejected.
