Copper Shark - Baltimore

I had a delightful dinner with local friends at Copper Shark that truly exceeded our expectations. From the expertly crafted Old Fashioneds to the charcuterie and Brussels sprouts, as well as the steaks and desserts, everything was exceptional. They really hit it out of the park on every front! Well done! I highly recommend this place.

I've never given a restaurant a perfect score of 10/10 before, but this place has become my new favorite. Every suggestion our server made was spot on. Every moment I spent there felt worth more than every cent I paid. The food was fantastic, the drinks were outstanding, and the service was top-notch. I can't wait to bring everyone I know here!

The food was decent, but the waiter seemed overwhelmed by a large group. Service was slow, and there were frequent apologies for the delays. We were offered a complimentary dessert as a gesture of thanks for our patience, but unfortunately, it was forgotten.

Brussels sprouts appetizer and blueberry ice cream dessert were amazing. Scallops $41 unfortunately had no sear; mushy consistency. Salmon was OK but unremarkable. Sadly, we had the worst service, such a bummer! It was a slow night, but our waitress seemingly forgot about us several times. As in, took our drink order and literally didn’t return for 25 minutes. And one of the four drinks was wrong. Bottle of wine took 30 minutes to arrive. Maybe our server had a bad night and it was an anomaly. The manager was apologetic and stepped in before dessert, which we appreciated. I advise sitting at a high-top in the bar and ordering from the bar menu. You can’t order from the bar menu in the dining room. The grilled cheese was tasty. I would go back for that! I am not one to write negative reviews but this really ruined our night.
