There is a good reason, that is the number a restaurant in banff! everyone. single. biss. was an exquisite experience for the taste buds! the personal was attentive, dedicated, numerous and humorous! by far the most interesting and unforgettable culinary experience we had in years.

It was a wonderful meal. every cure that is built on the last with complex and inviting aromes. we have made the wee pairing for each cure that improves the aromes and the overall experience. It's amazing!

That is one of the best restaurants we were. the food and the service were exceptional. we were treated from the time we went into, like a royal treatment until we were gone. we would highly recommend here.

My husband and I came here to celebrate my birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic. We got a 5-course meal with classic wine pairings. My husband ordered the chef's tasting menu, and when I expressed that I actually preferred the options on the 8-course menu our server said that was no problem! They allowed me to choose 5 options from that menu instead. Speaking of our server Gustavo was a delight! He knows how to read the room. He was friendly, funny, and exactly the right amount of professional and personable. The sommelier, Julian, was also amazing. We loved that he took the time to explain each pairing in detail. He clearly is passionate about what he does! As for the food WOW. I can honestly say this was the best meal I have ever eaten. My husband and I have done chef's tasting menus before and this one was #1, for sure. Everything was perfect, and full of surprises! The wine pairings went perfectly with each course, and everything came out right on time. Highlights were the elk tartare, lamb, duck, and violet dessert. The ambience was classy yet comfortable, and every need was anticipated by the excellent staff. I can't talk this place up enough. You've got to try it!
