Marigold Garden - Bathurst

We ordered Chicken Chow Mein and chicken and vegetables and they were ok, but nothing spectacular, there are other better options in Bathurst so I won't be back.

Have been coming here for many years. Delicious, reasonably priced food, friendly and attentive service. Best Chinese in town!

Went to merry gold Chinese got a family pack a went to eat it found maggots in the meat rang lady she told us to bring it in and was only going to give money back for 1 meal I wasn't going to accept that I took it back in half was in The toilet after seeing the meat she ended up giving a refund as people was coming in and ordering wasn't happy at all this is disgusting will not ever go back order regularly from them but after this u pay $79-$100 for good food only to find maggots In it gross

We were yet yo find a great Chinese in Bathurst and have been here 5 times now the the food is consistently good. Special fried rice to me is always an indicator of the food and here is outstanding. Combination Chow Mein is also a knockout along with the crispy filet steak.Consistently good. Decor is a bit dated and when busy service may be a bit frantic but the final product has never failed.

Linda, the co - owner is a lovely lady and always greets you with a big happy smile. Nice food, old world Aussie / Chinese Restaurant. Ask for chillis on the squid if you like it hot like me. My Chinese wife and I are regular diners.
